The World’s Greatest!

The Cary Company featured on an episode of “The World’s Greatest!...” On ION Network
“World’s Greatest!...” is an award winning program dedicated to highlighting the world’s greatest companies, products, places, and people. Each show is a fast paced tour around the world featuring behind the scenes footage, informative interviews, and exciting visuals. Now in their fifth season, they will be featuring The Cary Company in their next show.
As an American company with a long history and innovation in the specialty chemicals and container industry we emerged victorious as the World’s Greatest Supplier of raw materials, packaging, industrial filtration, and spill control. How2Media sent their film crew to visit us in Addison, IL. The videographers were very professional and a pleasure to work with. We even took them on a tour through our 140,000 foot warehouse where they got a lot of great footage to use in the segment. There will also be a couple personal interviews with Ken Tyrrell the president and TJ Tyrrell.
We are honored to be selected and recognized as the World’s Greatest Supplier of raw materials, packaging, industrial filtration, and spill control! The show premiered on November 21st @ 9:00 and again on the 28th @ 5:30. You can check us out on the ION Network this Monday, December 5th at 6:00 am central time!

Thinking Outside The Bucket.

Pails are commonly used for all sorts of applications. Seen every day, these wonderful items get put on the back burner of our minds and get viewed as buddies for their counterparts. Washing your car wouldn’t be the same without a respectable pail by your side with soap and water right? How would you make a sand castle? Without pails, we could never hold the liquids or solids that we need to get the job done.
Let’s take a moment to respect the pail by thinking outside of it for a minute. To fully think outside the bucket, flip it over, grab a pair of drum sticks and go to town on it. Now let’s add some comedy, guitars, tap dancing, and everything else under the sun. Sounds like a blast right?

That’s what two talented gentlemen, Matthew Levingston and Gareth Sever, are doing in Missouri with Buckets N Boards Comedy Percussion Show.  Starting 6 years ago as street performers, their show evolved into something that can’t fully be explained in words. Differentiating themselves from everyone else, Matt and Gareth use comedy, rhythm, tap, and a wide variety of talents to create a visually and audibly stunning performance. Specializing in anything from Concerts to Big Budget Hollywood Blockbusters (weather permitting of course), Matt and Gareth use the power of rhythm and 6 gallon pails to develop a percussion masterpiece that needs to be seen as well as heard. See for yourself.

The reason they use the 6 gallon pail is because it’s sturdier and can handle the banging the drum sticks inflict. Matt and Gareth also sell 2 gallon pails with sticks to inspire children to be as creative as they are. Having kids themselves, they not only strive to entertain but visually display the importance of the arts.

Thanks to the help of our buddy, Mr. Pail, all this is possible. The pail has so much to offer us. Take a moment to post about ways to use a pail to not only appreciate but inspire us all.
